Live at Millpond Park featuring Sponge -- presented by Pulte Homes

  • The AMP - Brighton's Ampthitheater on Millpond Park 206 W. Main Brighton, MI U.S. (map)

Pulte Homes, in partnership with the Downtown Development Authority, presents Live at Millpond Park – a summer of free live music in downtown Brighton. Tonight’s concert features Sponge.

The Detroit-based alternative rock band released the now iconic, Platinum-selling debut album Rotting Piñata to global, critical and commercial success in 1993. The band's discography includes nine studio albums, four live albums, and seven charting singles; four of which have made Billboard Magazine’s top 10 "Plowed", "Molly (16 Candles)”, "Wax Ecstatic”, and "Have You Seen Mary". Sponge continues to release new music and keeps a near-constant tour schedule to the pleasure of their legion of loyal followers.

Bring a lawn chair or enjoy The AMP’s seating. Downtown Brighton has a ‘social district’ so you can grab an adult beverage to go from numerous establishments and bring it to the concert.

In support of Taste of Brighton’s fireworks, donations will be accepted at each concert, and attendees can also purchase exclusive Live at Millpond Park merchandise.
